Eastside Liqueur

We're thrilled to announce the release of Eastside Liqueur, a one-of-a-kind gin-based liqueur that took four years to age to perfection. This unique spirit is the result of combining Shelter's passion for creativity, experimentation, and quality ingredients with the water and indigenous botanicals of the Eastern Sierra. With a blend of juniper, coriander, sage, pennyroyal, heather flowers, lemon peel, rose hips, and elderberries, this is a spirit unlike any other in the world. Barrel aged for four years in a previous Shelter Rum then Shelter Agave barrel, then after years of these flavors melding into one smooth spirit, we added simple sugar and slow-proofed to 66 to create a one-of-a-kind liqueur.
