Shelter Agave Spirits are a unique and flavorful blend of traditional techniques and modern distillation methods. We use only the finest agave species from both California and Mexico, including Blue Weber in Lowlands and Agave Yolo, and Agave Americana from Rancho del sol. The harvest, roasting, and distilling processes are done with care and precision to ensure that each spirit has its own distinctive profile. Our Shelter agave spirits are a beautiful combination of the smoky, earthy flavors of mezcal and the floral, fruity notes of tequila.
