Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions for Online Alcohol Purchases

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into by and between the customer ("Customer") and Shelter Distilling ("Seller") regarding the purchase of alcohol through the Seller's online platform. By completing a purchase on our website, the Customer agrees to be bound by these terms.

Age Restriction: By placing an order, the Customer confirms they are of legal drinking age in their country, state, or region. The sale of alcohol to individuals under the legal drinking age is strictly prohibited.

Signature Required: An adult signature is required for delivery.

Limitation on Bottles: In compliance with California law, we are restricted to selling a maximum of 3 bottles per person per day. When purchasing additional bottles, you affirm that the quantity aligns with the size of your group.

Billing and Payment: Payment for online orders must be made using a valid credit/debit card or any other payment method accepted by the Seller. The customer agrees to provide accurate and complete billing information.

Shipping and Delivery: The Customer acknowledges that the delivery of alcoholic beverages will require the signature of an adult of legal drinking age. The Seller is not responsible for any issues arising from the failure to provide accurate delivery information or the absence of an adult at the time of delivery.

Returns and Refunds: Due to the nature of the product, returns and refunds are only accepted for damaged or defective items. The Customer must notify the Seller within 48 hours of receipt and provide photographic evidence of the issue. Refunds or replacements will be at the Seller's discretion.

Compliance with Local Laws: Customers are responsible for ensuring that their purchase complies with all local laws and regulations regarding the sale and delivery of alcoholic beverages. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if it violates any such laws.

Product Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. If a product is out of stock, the Seller will notify the Customer and provide alternatives or a refund.

Pricing: Prices for products are as listed on the website and are subject to change without notice. The Customer is responsible for any
additional taxes, duties, or fees their local authorities impose.

Privacy Policy: The Seller respects the privacy of its customers. Personal information provided during the purchase process will be handled by our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: The Seller reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the Customer's responsibility to review these terms periodically.

The Customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions by completing a purchase. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not proceed with the purchase.

Mobile Terms of Service

Shelter Distilling

Last updated: Sept. 13, 2024

The Shelter Distilling mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Shelter Distilling
(“Shelter Distilling”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and
conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent
permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service
following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Shelter Distilling’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages
from and on behalf of Shelter Distilling through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if
your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an
automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include
updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may
include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is
not a condition of any purchase with Shelter Distilling. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging
imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan
and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text
messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18556414680 or click
the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation
text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed
to other Shelter Distilling mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires
otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their
respective mobile terms.

For Service support or assistance, text HELP to +18556414680 or email info@shelterdistilling.com.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of
these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or
telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in
such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to
provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with
your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected
delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or
may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

We respect your right to privacy. To see how we collect and use your personal information, please see our Privacy Notice.
