• Grain Bill: 100% Colorado-grown grains; 62% Root Shoot non-GMO yellow corn, 19% Proximity White Wheat, 14% Proximity Pale Malted Barley, 5% Proximity Rye Malt 
• Yeast: USW-6
• Water: Eastern Sierra Alpine Snowmelt
• Fermentation: Temperature-controlled open-top fermentation in a stainless-steel tank
• Distillation: Double Pot Still distillation
• Wood: Slow proofed to 100, then barreled into a char 4 American Oak barrel 
• Bottle: Non-Chill Filtered. Slow proofed to 94, then filtered warm through coarsely woven cloth into the bottle
