Floral heavy with a soft, delicate feel on the palate. Rose hips, rose petals, and lavender, with notes of vanilla, juniper, and anise. Maturated on cucumber after distillation, giving a round, sweet finish.

• Grain Bill: 100% Colorado-grown grain, Proximity Malting’s Pilsner Malt, and Wheat Malt
• Yeast: SafSpirit D53
• Water: Montrose Blue Mesa
• Fermentation: Sanitary temperature-controlled single yeast fermentation in stainless steel cylindroconical tanks
• Distillation: Double Pot Distilled using a 15 plate copper column
• Botanicals: Cardamom, Juniper Berries, Orris Root, Ginger Root, Rose Petals, Rose Hips, Star Anise, Grapefruit Peel, Coriander, Fennel Seed, Jasmine, Chamomile, Lavender, Sloe Berries, Vanilla, Meadow Sweet Flowers, and Elder Berries
• Bottle: Infused with fresh Cucumber, slow proofed to 80 proof, then coarsely warm filtered into the bottle
